Objective:
Selling and promoting A4I GERMANY product portfolio
Report to:
Sales and Marketing Director A4I Global
Main responsibilities:
management of existing customers
active search for new customers and business opportunities
maintaining fair & friendly customer relationships
meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
collecting information from customers that can be used to improve services and products, and sharing within the organization
creating offers for customers and work on obtaining orders
determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing HQ/Brand marketing strategies by analysing trends and results
establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees- maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile:
demonstrates 2+ years successful experience in same position
travelling required
able to work remotely
excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
sense of humour
