We’re kicking off Prolyte 30 for 30 with Love, Peace and Harmony: Zwarte Cross annual festival that took place in Achterhoekse Lichtenvoorde, in 2013. The main stage was a Prolyte 31x16 SpaceRoof, provided by InterStage BV, our long term partner of decades.
De Zwarte Cross is a bizarre mix of motocross, music, stunts, theatre, humour with a lot of madness and spectacle. The coming together of these completely different worlds create a worldwide (gekke) unique party. The connection with "De Achterhoek”; where the festival takes place, is reflected in the characteristic cosiness and hospitality of this region, where the young and the old still celebrate together.
Since the Zwarte Cross’s first edition in 1997 (1,000 visitors), the annual Zwarte Cross has grown into a four-day party festival with more than 220,000 guests a day and festival campers; that is constantly growing each year.
