In January 2023 our California facility hosted our week long truss and rigging training course ‘TOMCAT University’ utilizing its custom, onsite, training facility in Thousand Oaks.
This sold out event hosted attendees from all over the USA and Canada, and included a day of truss training by TOMCAT’s own Adrian Forbes-Black and Keith Bohn, followed by a day of engineering training by Jeff Reder of Clark Reder Engineering, and three full days of rigging training taught by industry legend Bill Sapsis of Sapsis Rigging Inc.
Due to the set up in California we were able to do plenty of hands on training on our indoor ground support system, along with classroom instruction.
Fun was also included in the week, with our annual Karting night and a night at the TOMCAT location including axe throwing and tacos! For more information on training please contact
