Main Responsibilities
What You'll Be Building (Beyond Structures):
- Strategic Relationships: You'll spend 75% of your time directly engaging with customers, cultivating and expanding our existing network while actively forging new partnerships and unlocking untapped market potential with a strong hunter's drive for development.
- Market Mastery: Become our eyes and ears on the ground, gathering crucial insights that directly shape our product evolution and keep us at the forefront of industry trends.
- Growth Acceleration: Drive ambitious sales plans, set bold forecasts, and ensure the MILOS brand continues its trajectory as a market leader.
- Impactful Innovation: Your work will directly empower riggers and event professionals, making their complex work easier, safer, and more successful.
- A Global Footprint: Collaborate with a enthusiastic, international team with 15 nationalities, united by a shared passion for what we do.
Skills
You're more than just a salesperson; you're a strategic partner and a trusted advisor.
- The Go-Getter: 3+ years in international B2B sales, with a demonstrated history of building and nurturing thriving customer portfolios. Experience in the live event or entertainment technology sector is a distinct advantage, but your drive and aptitude are paramount.
- The Independent Force: You're highly self-motivated, thrive autonomously, and are ready to be on the road for up to 70% of your time, turning every challenge into an opportunity.
- The Persuasive Communicator: Your English is impeccable, both written and spoken, allowing you to connect effortlessly across cultures and close complex deals.
- The Solution-Oriented Mind: You possess a strong business development mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen ability to translate market needs into actionable sales strategies.
