Objectives
To build, set up, and develop a European network of service inspectors for the inspection and maintenance of event equipment (hardware) in cultural, educational, and hospitality facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring the curricula of educational courses and training materials for inspectors
- Establishing qualification requirements for inspectors and managing their recruitment
- Creating (in collaboration with experienced in-house teams) lists and types of equipment to be inspected with precise methodologies on how each item will be inspected
- Collaborating with the IT team to build an online platform for customers and inspectors
- Managing the successful operation of the network
- Managing and monitoring the project's P&L and relevant KPIs
- Collecting relevant feedback from all stakeholders and promptly incorporating it
- Collaborating on e-learning education for inspectors
- Managing the entire project to adhere to the initial timeline
- Building strong relationships with inspectors
- Developing basic prospecting methodologies for inspectors on how to identify opportunities in their area
- Working with the marketing team on a digital communication strategy to maximize awareness among relevant recipients
- Regular and daily problem-solving arising from operations
- Managing the motivation system for inspectors
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in building and/or maintaining a service organization
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a "can-do" mentality
- Necessary travel
