Main Responsibilities
- negotiate transport conditions and offers
- calculate loading volumes and weights
- supervise and be responsible for correct and in time loading of products and materials
- prepare daily shipment documents for freight forwarders and custom brokers for smooth transport in export or import regime
- prepare and maintain reporting related to logistic
- actively manage delays in logistic
- verify and process freight invoices
- proactively monitor and follow up on shipment status, solving shipping issues with freight forwarders and custom brokers
- be responsible for document records keeping
- assist with claim filings
- identify and develop with best practices for process improvement
- perform on duties as assigned
